Who We Are

Falkor Advisors was founded on a straightforward premise: the most consequential projects in land development need more than a consultant. They need a principal-level advocate who has done the work, understands the risk, and is accountable for the outcome.

We work with private developers, land owners, and public entities on the projects that are too complex, too capital-intensive, or too politically layered to manage without experienced owner-side leadership. Our engagements are built around decisions and outcomes, not billable hours.

Falkor specializes in the execution layer between project concept and construction start, where entitlement, capital, infrastructure, and stakeholder alignment either come together or fall apart.
